Deliveries

We will endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri on the same day. (excludes public & bank holidays)

Orders made after 2.00pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the next working day.

Free delivery is available on orders over £30, this is after all discounts and multibuys have been applied. This does not include shipping charges.

DHL Next Day delivery* is usually next working day but not guaranteed. This can vary for certain areas of the UK such as Inverness and the Scottish Highlands which are usually 2 days delivery. If ordered before 2.00pm, orders after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following working day. There is no guarantee that the parcel will be delivered next day over the weekend unless Saturday Next day delivery is chosen.

We will send you a notification by email when your items have been fulfilled and dispatched. For tracking your items please download the DHL app and this will update after your order has been shipped.

Once the items have been dispatched, Big 5 Vape Shop Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages or losses caused by the mail service.

FOR UK ORDERS: We will endeavour to locate your order but this is subsequently down to DPD All postage through DPD is tracked and signed for.

All refunds or item replacement is at the discretion of Big 5 Vape Shop Ltd and we may need to wait until a courier investigation is complete.

International deliveries are posted via Royal Mail, timescales will vary from country to country.

Once the parcel has been posted with Royal Mail we cannot process any refunds or cancel the order until the parcel has arrived and then been returned to Big 5 Vape Shop.

Strikes, public & bank holidays may effect the timescale of your order and we are not responsible for any delays.

International customers, please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that any products ordered comply with any local laws/legislation that apply including customs charges and Brexit changes.

Please also be aware that you also take responsibility for importing the goods into your country and we take no responsibility for products which are delayed by customs, which incur an import cost or seized due to non-compliance with local laws/legislation.

Free delivery is not applicable to international deliveries.
