Refer a Friend to Big 5 Vape Shop
Know an adult friend who shops for vape products? Invite them to Big 5 Vape Shop and you can both receive a £5 discount voucher when the referral requirements are met.
The referral system works online and at our vape shop in Tipton. Everything is managed through your Big 5 Vape Shop account, so there are no physical vouchers to lose.
How the Vape Referral System Works
Both you and your friend can receive a £5 discount voucher for a qualifying purchase of £30 or more.
To qualify for the referral, your friend must create a Big 5 Vape Shop account using your unique invitation link within 24 hours. If they do not create their account within that time, the referral link will expire.
Your friend must be aged 18 or over.
How to Invite a Friend
- Log into your Big 5 Vape Shop account.
- Click the round Rewards icon at the bottom left of the screen.
- Open the referral section inside the Rewards launcher.
- Copy your unique invitation link.
- Send the link to your friend.
- Your friend must use the link and create their account within 24 hours.
The Rewards launcher will guide you through the remaining requirements for activating and using the £5 vouchers.
Using Your Referral Voucher in Store
Referral rewards can also be used at our vape shop in Tipton.
Before paying, ask a member of staff to process your purchase through your Big 5 Vape Shop customer account. The reward may not be recognised if the purchase is completed without your account being selected.

- See whether you have a reward available
- Find your unique referral link
- View the referral and reward conditions
