How Big 5 Vape Rewards Work
Orders over £10 earn one point for every complete £10 spent.
For example, if your order comes to £37.43, you will earn 3 points.
Your points are connected to your Big 5 Vape Shop account, so you can continue collecting them whether you order online or visit us in Tipton.
Collect 12 Points and Get £4 Off
Once you have collected 12 points, you can redeem them for a £4 discount.
The £4 rewards discount cannot be combined with another discount code, offer or multibuy deal. If your purchase already includes another offer, you will need to choose which discount you want to use.
Earning Points Online and in Store
When ordering online, make sure you are logged into your Big 5 Vape Shop account before completing your purchase.
When shopping at our Tipton vape shop, ask a member of staff to process your purchase through your customer account. This ensures that your qualifying points are added to the correct profile.
How to Check Your Vape Reward Points
Log into your account and click the round Rewards icon at the bottom left of the screen. The Rewards launcher will show your current points balance and whether you have a reward available to redeem.
You must be logged in to view your points and rewards.
